    Lost immobilizer controller

    My granddaughter has lost her immobilizer controller and although we are able to get into the car we are unable to start it to move it anywhere. Everyone keeps telling us to go to dealer, but they do not seem interested in helping. Can you help?

    Going to the dealer would be my recommendation as well, as they should be able to sell you a replacement, but you could also try a locksmith. There are many locksmiths who can provide keys etc. for cars and one of them should be able to help.
