Good small ute?

I am in the market for a small ute that's easy to drive, easy to park and maybe fun to drive. What about a Proton Jumbuck or Suzuki Mighty Boy? The Jumbuck only seems to be available in manual and I would like an automatic, can you shed any light on the Mighty Boy.

The Jumbuck only got a two-star safety rating from ANCAP and the Mighty Boy was regularly rated in the bottom 10 cars sold in Australia for safety. You should not consider either but get something like a pre-loved Nissan Navara.
