Lexus NX 2018

The 2018 Lexus NX range of configurations is currently priced from $45,990. Our most recent review of the 2018 Lexus NX resulted in a score of 7.4 out of 10 for that particular example.

Carsguide Senior Journalist Richard Berry had this to say at the time: The standard of the SUVs in the mid-sized premium segment is so high – high in terms of features and tech, high for practicality and comfort, but also high for the way they drive, and this is an area in which the Lexus NX300h F Sport falls short. At the same time, apart from the much pricier Volvo XC60 T8, it’s the only hybrid among its rivals and the fuel saving is not to be dismissed. Still this is a premium good-looking package at a great price.

The 2018 Lexus NX carries a braked towing capacity of up to 1000 Kg, but check to ensure this applies to the configuration you're considering.

Lexus NX 2018 Q&As

Check out real-world situations relating to the Lexus NX here, particularly what our experts have to say about them.

  • NX200t steering wheel damage

It seems off that the steering wheel should be heavily worn in such a short time, which suggests that there is a design or production quality issue with it. I suggest you check as many other NX200t cars as you can find to see if it is a common problem, and make a direct approach to Lexus for help in replacing the wheel.

  • Good pick for new SUV?

There are lots of fresh contenders in that class, including the Porsche Macan — which has an 18-month waiting list. The pick is the Land Rover Discovery Sport. I give it The Tick and rate it well ahead of the NX for comfort, quietness and class.
