    What should I do if my brand-new car makes me uncomfortable?

    I have just purchased a 2017 Honda Jazz VTi and I find the seats/headrest to be most uncomfortable to the extent that I am having significant neck and back issues. I have contacted Honda who is unwilling to help. Do you have any suggestions apart from selling the car, which is one option.

    I’m not surprised that Honda won’t or can’t help. Before you sell the car contact IdealSeat Company in Melbourne (03 9555 7788) who handle Recaro seats.
