I hear creaking noises from the front suspension of my 2013 Suzuki Grand Vitara when I steer left or right, and also when I go over a speed bump. I had Suzuki people look at it and they tried to fix it. After they fixed it the noise wasn't very noticeable, but after couple of weeks it has come back. They advised that they wouldn't be able to fully get rid of the noise, as it is due to wear and tear. My point is that the car is only two years old and should not have any issues that cannot be fixed. Even if I sell it I will not get that much value just because of this issue, which is very noticeable while driving. Please advise.
I agree with you that a two-year-old car like yours should not have creaking noises in it, and certainly not ones that can't be fixed. Take the car back to the dealer and ask them to explain to you where the creaking is coming from. If it is coming from the body, due the wear and tear, it is completely unacceptable and says much about the standard of Suzuki's engineering. If it's from the suspension, then it can be fixed.
