Asked by Christine
I can take the keys out of the ignition of my 2014 Holden Trax automatic when it is in Drive, Neutral etc, not just Park like any other automatic. The dealer tells me "this is just how it is" with a Trax. Your thoughts?
Answered by CarsGuide
12 Aug 2016No, it's not normal. Holden recalled a number of Trax SUVs in 2014 for problems with the ignition barrel. Although the recall doesn't specifically mention then problem you are reporting I suspect it could be related.
