iLoad manual backlash clunk
I've driven quite a few iLoads and none has exhibited the problem you talk about, and we've had no other reports of this issue from other owners, so it could well be something affecting your van alone. I would persist with the dealer and ask for a fix of some description, which could case of adjusting pinion preload, and if you aren't satisfied with your dealer's response take your complaint further up the chain by talking directly to Hyundai.Show more
iLoad model year clarification
What you bought is a 2012 model car, because that's the year it was built. Even if it is called an MY13, the clock starts from the day it was finished on the production line and stamped with its VIN plate. The confusion comes because lots of car companies now have specifications that change earlier than January 1, a practice that began in the US, and which they refer to as Model Year this or that.Show more
