I OWN a 2001 Chrysler Neon LE that has been a great car, but I have a problem with the electric window on the passenger side. It works fine on most days, but never on hot ones. A mechanic says it's the switch, but at $500 to replace the motor should I do it?
I WOULD follow your mechanic's recommendation and replace the switch. That's going to be cheaper than replacing the motor.
