The LS-M sits at the mid-point of the D-Max line-up and it’s only available as a Crew Cab High-Ride ute with 4x4 and lists for $46,400 with the manual gearbox (auto transmission is $2100 more).
Standard features on the LS-M grade include an 7.0-inch display reversing camera, projector lens headlights, LED running lights and tail lights, keyless entry, front fog lights, chrome radiator grille, lockable chrome tailgate, hill descent control, climate control, pollen air filter, power windows, leather wrapped steering wheel and vinyl flooring.
D-Max models have the same 130kW/430Nm 3.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine. It’s a new unit developed for Australia by Isuzu and arrived with the February 2017 update to the D-Max which also saw the five-speed manual gearbox and five-speed automatic transmission swapped for a new six-speed manual and six-speed auto.

The update is the first major change to the D-max since this generation of the ute was introduced in 2012, and also incorporates new styling to the front of the vehicle.
