The radio and all features on the screen of my 2014 Toyota Landcruiser Prado has failed and I note this is a problem other Prado owners have had. As my vehicle is out of warranty, does Toyota recognise this as a replacement/repair at their expense?
I own a Ford Everest Titanium with 40 km and a blown motor. Ford have agreed without notifying me to a brand new full long engine, injectors, glow plugs, and whatever else to be replaced under warranty. I am not happy with this, as I have complained about the engine and transmission issues since we took delivery. I was advised to contact Ford’s customer service which the dealer did while I was there. I've told them not happy and want a new vehicle, as this has been a lemon since I got it, with other warranty issues that have not yet been resolved. What can I do?
From time to time my new 2017 Mitsubishi Triton loses the throttle. You have to push down about one third before anything happens and then the revs come in at around 2500 rpm and it takes off.
The other day in traffic I lost all throttle and the car hardly moved. The NRMA came but by then it started and was OK. I have been back to dealership numerous times and while they have been ok they say nothing is wrong.
I can put up with the throttle problem from time to time, but not stopping in traffic. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Our new 2017 Holden Colorado LTZ auto has a vibration between 90-105 km/h. It’s been back to the dealer twice. I was told low tyre pressures, but they were checked and were right before it was taken to the dealer, I was told the rear view mirror was loose, it wasn’t. I feel I’ve bought a lemon. From my experience, I believe the torque converter is the problem.
Who can properly diagnose new car fault?
The warranty on my 2015 VW Golf will end this April. I've had some problems with the car, and while they will be fixed free of charge under warranty, I am really worrying about it. If I have a problem after April, should I pay for it? What should I do?
My son nearly 'lost' the engine in his 2014 Mazda BT-50 when the coolant hose to the turbo fractured, which is a problem Mazda is only fixing on service, but no recall to replace this that has the potential to destroy the engine with coolant loss. Not good enough Mazda!
When we bought our 2010 Mitsubishi Triton we got a 1-year warranty with it. It has been blowing black smoke, and we were that told it could be the fuel injectors. Would they be covered under the warranty?
