The 2023 Nissan Navara range of configurations is currently priced from $23,800.
Our most recent review of the 2023 Nissan Navara resulted in a score of 8 out of 10 for that particular example.
Carsguide Contributing Journalist Mark Oastler had this to say at the time: The SL Warrior is a good-looking, well-engineered and practical package that provides an alternative entry point to Warrior ownership.

The 2023 Nissan Navara carries a braked towing capacity of up to 3500 Kg, but check to ensure this applies to the configuration you're considering.
The Nissan Navara is also known as Nissan Frontier (North America), Nissan NP300 (Mexico, Europe) in markets outside Australia.
The standard features list in the Nissan Navara SL Warrior includes a 8.0-inch multimedia touch-screen (with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), AEB, and a rear diff-lock.
But what's more interesting is the fact that Premcar, the Melbourne-based vehicle-engineering mob responsible for making Nissan’s Warrior program a success, has added more than a claimed $11,000 worth of goodies to the SL Warrior including a Navara-branded black bash plate at the front, an off-road coated bullbar with hoops and integrated LED light bar, fender flares, suspension lift, Warrior wheels and all-terrain tyres (Cooper Discoverer AT3s, LT (Light Truck) 275/70R17), a tubliner, and a towbar.
It misses out on quite a lot of driver-assist tech including a surround-view monitor (with moving object detection), Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Lane Intervention, Blind Spot Warning, Blind Spot Intervention, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Drive Mode Selector, and Off Road Monitor.
You might find that at high throttle inputs, the car’s computer is switching the fan on in anticipation of higher temperatures. Or, perhaps it’s the air-conditioning fan that is switching itself on to keep things cool, because you’re using lots of throttle at that moment. It could simply be that the fan itself is noisier when you spin it harder (in line with engine revs) and that’s what you’re hearing in the cabin.
If in doubt, make a note of this with the service department when the car gets its first service. Perhaps it’s not a fan at all, and the noise is the result of a poorly adjusted drive belt or a leak somewhere in the air-intake or turbocharger plumbing. Any small leak in the trunking that conveys the pressurised air from the turbocharger to the engine can contribute a range of hissing noises.
Either way, it should be a simple fix at best, and a warranty claim at worst.

The Nissan Navara 2023 prices range from $28,600 for the basic trim level Single Cab Sl (4X2) to $76,450 for the top of the range Dual Cab Pro-4X Warrior (4X4).
The Nissan Navara SL Warrior's exterior paint choices include Black Star (standard), or White Diamond, Twilight Grey, and Brilliant Silver – all of which are premium paints and cost $650.
Nissan’s 2.3-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel features two-stage inline turbochargers that provide excellent lag-free response and ample outputs. It produces 140kW at 3750rpm and 450Nm of torque served at full strength between 1500-2500rpm.
The Nissan Navara SL Warrior's interior is perfect for the rough and tumble of an outdoorsy life: it's a world of durable plastic, cloth seats and vinyl floor covering, front and rear.
The cabin is practical and well designed, with easy-to-use tech, as well as plenty of storage spaces (cupholders, bottle holders, and hidden-holes for your everyday carry gear) and charge points: it has a USB-A in the console tray, a USB-A and a USB-C in the centre console), and two 12V outlets (one in the console tray and one in the centre console.
The rear seat has a fold-down arm-rest (with cupholders), bottle holders in the doors, map pockets on the seat-backs, air vents and a USB-A charging point on the rear of the centre console.
The Nissan Navara SL Warrior has five seats: driver and front passenger; and a rear seat for three people.
The front seats are manually adjustable, supportive and comfortable.
The rear seats are reasonably comfortable but better suited to accommodating two adults or three children, not three adults.
The Nissan Navara SL Warrior's tub measures 1509mm long, 1560mm wide, 1134mm (between the wheel arches), and 519mm deep.
The tub has four tie-down points and a durable tub-liner, but it does not get the Pro-4X Warrior’s Utili-track load-restraint system.
The Nissan Navara SL Warrior is able to do the 0-100km/h sprint in approximately 10 seconds.
Nissan claims average combined consumption of 7.3L/100km but after our 300km test, of which about one third was lugging a heavy payload, our figure calculated from fuel bowser and tripmeter readings came in at 10.3L/100km. So, based on our figures, you could expect a ‘real world’ driving range of around 770km.
