The ST-X sits as a more upmarket version of the Navara ST, adding leather interior, dual-zone climate control, push-button start and 18-inch wheels, as well as rear parking sensors and tyre pressure monitoring.

Price start at $58,270 for the 4x4 king-cab pick-up automatic, but the ST-X can also be had in 4x4 dual-cab pick-up manual and automatic forms for $55,770 and $58,270 respectively.

Despite the high price tag, Nissan Australia is expecting the ST-X to be its most popular variant, with all ST-X variants powered by a 140kW/450Nm 2.3-litre twin-turbo-diesel engine mated to six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission.
