This launch brought the 2026 Geely Starray EM-i plug-in hybrid variant to showrooms, targeting buyers who want electrified efficiency without full battery reliance. Overseas markets like Russia and parts of Eastern Europe often sell the same vehicle under the Geely Atlas name.

The 2025 update marked a significant shift in technology and interior quality for the brand. Recent generational improvements focus on the GEEA 3.0 electronic architecture to support faster infotainment and smarter safety systems.
