Car Servicing
Whilst driving my 2013 Mazda BT-50 the motor feels like it has a speed limiter on each gear, it gets to a certain speed or revs (around 3000 rpm), and it feels like an anchor is dropped and I lose power. The check engine lamp comes on and I need to restart the motor. The lower gears are the worst with the lack of power. Any ideas on what the problem could be would be appreciated.
I brought a new 2017 VW Golf R MK7 in August, 2017. Since taking delivery I have had to return the car four times to have five issues looked at. Although four of the five issues have been repaired under warranty I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience of returning the car so many times and having to catch courtesy shuttles, public transport and Ubers to drop off and pick it up. I have complained to Volkswagen Australia and asked for the next service to be free, but they have refused any compensation. Even though they fixed the faults, which should have been picked up before the car left the factory, surely manufacturers have to offer compensation?
The paint on the bonnet and boot of my 2010 Toyota Corolla peeling off in sheets. It is embarrassing to drive the vehicle in this condition and also there are sheets of the topcoat peeling off. I was told that this is a manufacturer fault for the paint.
The driver’s door on my 2016 Suzuki Vitara will not open with the remote, or with the key, but all other doors operate properly. What could be the problem?
I recently bought a used 2013 Mazda 6 with full service history from Mazda dealers. It's a petrol sedan with 146,000 km on clock. In city driving I'm getting fuel consumption around 10.4-10.6 L/100 km, and I'm concerned about it. Is it normal? Over a long highway drive of 700 km I got 6.6-7 L/100 km. Moreover, I hear lot of suspension noise as well. Could you please let me know any background of this car or what could be the issue, what should I do?
My 2000 Hyundai Elantra has done 360,000 miles, what's the max mileage I can expect before replacing the engine?
