The Polestar 3's interior feels more up-spec and classy than earlier Polestar models and has a typical Scandinavian light and bright white feel. The materials can be a little strange to the touch, however, as they are all eco friendly, no leather here.

The Polestar 3 has five seats and is particularly roomy in the back thanks to the flat EV floor, with plenty of knee room as well.

Polestar claims the Model 3 can do 0-100km/h in 5.0 seconds, which sounds entirely believable, and it can reach a 210km/h top speed.

All the accessories you'd expect at this price point are here including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, climate control, and a 25-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system with of 1,610 Watts of power as standard.

Polestar claims a range of 610km for the Long range Dual motor model, or 560 km for the more zesty Performance pack version.

On a 250 kW DC charger, the Polestar 3 can be charged from 10 to 80 per cent within 30 minutes.

Or with an 11 kW AC charger, it would take up to 10 hours to fully charge its 111 kWh lithium-ion 400-Volt battery.
