BYD Sealion 6 2026

Our most recent review of the 2026 BYD Sealion 6 resulted in a score of 7.5 out of 10 for that particular example.

Carsguide Deputy News Editor Tom White had this to say at the time: The Sealion 6 is an excellent value option for someone looking for a first PHEV, with a solid real-world electric-only driving range. Although it might be my least favourite BYD to drive so far, it’s better than its direct Chinese rivals and also plush and comfortable, so it’s easy to see why it’s helping the brand steal sales away from the traditional crop of combustion and hybrid family SUVs.
