The 2024 Lexus UX300E range of configurations is currently priced from $62,150.
Our most recent review of the 2024 Lexus UX300E resulted in a score of 7.3 out of 10 for that particular example.
Carsguide Contributing Journalist Emily Agar had this to say at the time: The Lexus UX300e Sports Luxury nails the luxury and standard features list! It certainly feels like a premium SUV inside and the updated technology and driving range were sorely needed to keep this competitive, but once you start looking at its rivals, which all offer similar specs and better driving ranges, the price point starts to feel a smidge high. However, the ongoing costs and the complimentary bonuses that Lexus throws in, are great.

The update sees the battery increase in capacity by 34 per cent which means the driving range has jumped from 305km to 440km (WLTP).
The cabin space of the UX300e looks high-end with its quality finish and soft touchpoints. All of the panels in the door and dashboard fit snugly together.
There are two feature accented trims to choose from, a black synthetic leather or a black ‘Washi’ (inspired by a type of traditional handmade Japanese paper) that softens the interior’s overall look.
The technology has been retooled and the dashboard is now headlined by the new 12.3-inch touchscreen multimedia system, which replaces the 10.3-inch touchpad system from the previous model. The dashboard on a whole looks quite busy with all of the cutaways and knobs but the understated trims re-establish the premium feel.

The boot space sits at a small 314L, which is 100L less than the previous model but that’s because Lexus has made a little storage nook underneath the floor for the tyre repair kit and cable pouches.
The boot features a raised lip which helps to tuck your items into the space and there are four luggage hooks to store shopping bags.
A handsfree powered tailgate with kick-function comes as a standard feature.
Both variants share the same motor and have an official 0-100km/h sprint time of 7.5-seconds and a top speed of 160km/h.
Three colours come as standard – ‘Graphite Black’, ‘Caliente’, and ‘Onyx’.
There are also seven at-cost options – ‘Sonic Iridium’, ‘Sonic Quartz’, ‘Khaki Metal’, ‘Carnelian’, ‘Titanium’, ‘Sonic Chrome’, and ‘Celestial Blue’.
There are only two models for the UX300e and most of the standard features are pretty much shared across both variants.
Those accessories include 17-inch alloy wheels, a tyre repair kit, an AC Type 2 charging cable, a GPO (General Purpose Outlet) charging cable, acoustic windshield glass, a 7.0-inch digital instrument panel, 12.3-inch touchscreen multimedia system, four cupholders, two drink bottle holders, dual-zone climate control, leather-accented steering wheel, heated steering wheel, reversing camera, handsfree powered tailgate, keyless entry, push-button start, wireless charging pad, Mark Levinson premium sound system with 13 speakers, as well as, front and rear parking sensors.
The UX300e has a fully electric powertrain with a 72.8kWh lithium-ion battery that’s located on the front axle. The power and torque remain unchanged at 150kW and 300Nm.
Unlike some of its rivals, the UX300e only sports a front-wheel-drive drivetrain.

Just like its fuel-based siblings, the UX300e is available with five seats in a 2/3 configuration. The rear seats feature a 60/40 split and a fold-down armrest with two cupholders.
White or black synthetic leather is available as standard trim options on the Luxury grades, while the Sports Luxury grade enjoys perforated and quilted leather-accented trims in four colour-way options – 'White Ash', 'Rich Cream', black or 'Hazel' (tan for the layman).
A 10-way electric driver’s seat comes standard, as does an eight-way electric front passenger seat. Both front seats sport premium features like heat and ventilation functions and the rear outboard seats also have heat functionality.
