WHEN I picked up our 2007 Toyota Presara after its 15,000km service at a Toyota dealership, the engine was overfilled with oil, the tyres hadn't been rotated and were inflated to 40psi, and the odometer reading was the same as when the car had been dropped off. When I challenged the service manager he apologised and said it was a mistake. He also said the road test had been done in the workshop. I was told the mechanic who did the service was one of their best. Thankfully I didn't get one of their worst.
YOU would like to think your car would be properly serviced when you take it in, but sadly sometimes shortcuts are taken. I would take it up directly with Toyota. The service you received wasn't good enough.
