Holden Colorado 2010: Do I need a catch tank?

On the last service at 80,000km I was told that my 2010 Holden Colorado turbodiesel needed a catch tank fitted. I not sure what he meant and why I would need this device, and if I do where do I get one. Do you have any advice?

On the surface it makes no sense at all. I would suggest that you go back and talk to the person who gave you that advice and get them to explain it to you in terms that you can understand it.
