Please help me with my safety belt for my 2008 Mazda BT-50. The safety belt cannot pull up us hard.
We are in negotiation with Ford for a refund on our 2012 Ford Focus. They have come back with a poor offer, so we are putting together info for a case review. My boss recommended I contact you for advice.
My 2007 Holden Captiva was broken into last year and the book was stolen. The radio is now asking for a security code. How can I fix the problem?
I had a frightening experience in my 2017 Hyundai Accent Sports Hatch in January on the diamond-grooved section of the Hunter Expressway in NSW. Approaches to Hyundai dealers, "Customer Care" head office, NRMA, and RMS produced a variety of responses.
My local dealer suggested that it was a combination of the tyres, the wheelbase, the car’s weight and suspension, but no solution. The RMS confirmed this and only advised that I adjust my speed to reduce the effect. I tried this yesterday on another trip, reducing speed to 70 km/h in a 110 km/h zone. Little difference. No satisfaction from Hyundai despite two thorough checks at two different dealer service centres.
My 2015 Holden Astra has only done 22,000 km, but I was told at my last service that my discs needed machining. To me, this seems a bit excessive. Has anyone else had this issue, or should I fight for Holden to look into it.
I am in the market for a 2011 Hyundai i30 manual diesel wagon. A number of cars inspected with 120-150,000 km have had their clutches replaced. Is this common to these vehicles – I understand that a clutch replacement is pricey. Can I expect replacement would be required at about this mileage?
