Mercedes-Benz E350 2013 Q&As

Check out real-world situations relating to the Mercedes-Benz E 350 here, particularly what our experts have to say about them.

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2017: Apple car play control knob not working

We contacted Mercedes-Benz hoping they might be able to throw some light on the problem, but without being able to see the car they couldn’t offer any help. Their suggestion, one I endorse, is to take the car back to your dealer and ask them to contact the Mercedes-Benz technical people for help.

  • Changing transmission fluid in a C-Class

Most carmakers are going to fill-for-life on their automatic transmissions and the point I have made is that it's not a good policy for owners to leave it and not have regular changes. Automatic transmission mechanics would say the fluid should be changed every year or around 50,000km at the most. The Mercedes service schedule would seem to be about right and I would stick with that.
