Skoda Octavia wagon vs SUVs

I'm having trouble deciding on a new car to purchase. I am looking at the Skoda Octavia wagon, Peugeot 4008 and Nissan Qashqai Ti. Considerations are manual transmission, fuel economy, reliability and comfort as I drive 40 minutes for work. Any help would be great, I'm really stuck.

Definitely the Octavia wagon. It gets The Tick from me and is not an SUV.
