Lower expectations

I HAD my 2007 VZ Commodore SS lowered by 20-25mm by Pedders, but before I had it done I phoned the dealership to ask if it would affect my warranty and I was told it would not. The car has developed a creaking sound and shudders every time I turn the steering wheel at parking and normal driving speeds. Holden said it wouldn't do any repairs under warranty because I had it lowered. I really feel I have been dudded.

ANY modification you make affects the warranty and anyone who tells you differently is giving poor advice. You might have good cause for complaint against Holden if you had got the dealer to put it in writing that your warranty wouldn't be affected, but as you didn't I can't see how you could complain about Holden not honouring the warranty.
