Future support for Commodores?

I am looking at purchasing a new or demo-model Holden Commodore Sportwagon. I have a five-year-old Omega Sportwagon but, bearing in mind that Holden are ceasing manufacture of the Commodore, is it still a good car to buy? I'm just thinking about service in the future.

The Commodore is still a top car that gets The Tick, and will be in production until 2016 with service back-up long after that. So, no reason to panic.
