Mazda BT-50 2010: Great customer service

Not only do Mazda consistently build cars that up there with the best in their class, their customer service goes above and beyond for loyal customers. A few months ago I had an issue with my 2010 BT-50 when the exhaust recirculation valve failed and it overheated. The engine cooked and the head cracked. I was expecting to pay a lot to get it repaired but the service manager sent an email to Mazda head office stating my service history and asked for some parts to help reduce the cost of the repair. Mazda Australia supplied every part needed to completely repair my motor, all I paid for was the labour and fluids needed. What will my next car be? A Mazda of course.

That's great news but no surprise on the Mazda front.
