The 2006 Toyota Aurion carries a braked towing capacity of up to 1600 Kg, but check to ensure this applies to the configuration you're considering.
The Toyota Aurion is also known as Toyota Camry (outside of Australia and New Zealand) in markets outside Australia.
I don't fancy your chances of getting anything out of Toyota at this late stage, after all the car is 10 years old.
