Carsguide Senior Journalist Laura Berry had this to say at the time: The Porsche 718 Boxster GTS inhabits the world beneath supercars, and while it can't match them for outright acceleration, speed and glamour it has all you need for one of the best sports car driving experiences you could ask for, at a price well below those over-the-top showponies. My only reservations are the lack of advanced safety tech and that the standard features list is a bit lightweight.
