Australian 4x4 accessory outlet, ARB, has revealed its latest set of vehicle-specific accessories for the 2021 Isuzu D-Max.Projected to resonate well with Australian buyers, the new D-Max already has its own official set of accessories partially developed in Australia, but ARB claims to take it to the next level with development of its ‘Summit’ bull bar, and Classic colour-matched canopies “built tough and proven reliable in the harsh Australian environment”.The bull bar includes LED indicators and clearance lights, and also has pre-made provisions for the attachment of fog lights and UHF aerials, with twin jack or hi-lift points underneath. It is also engineered to accommodate certain electric winches.The brand also says it can already fit drawers, tailgate assist (easier open and close for the standard tailgate), and roof carrying accessories as well as its range of non-vehicle specific accessories.To add to this list, ARB confirms it is working on a suspension kit with a GVM upgrade for the new-generation D-Max, as well as an expanded range of canopies, tubliners and other bull bars in its range, all of which should be available before the end of the year.There's no word yet on whether the brand is working on similar equipment for the Isuzu’s platform twin, the Mazda BT-50, although as the previous-generation ute (2018 – present) was available with the full suite, it would be safe to assume the brand will make an announcement in the near future.For the time being, the BT-50 is currently available with a full complement of official Mazda accessories covered by the brand’s five-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty.ARB’s aftermarket equipment is covered by a three-year/60,000km warranty, compared to Isuzu’s official accessories which are covered for three years or 100,000km.
