Volkswagen have collaborated with fellow German superstar sportswear brand Adidas to design the Golf GTI Adidas set to make it’s Austrralian debut  next month.  And there’s a whole heap of stylish extras to boot.

Taking its cue from the Golf Pirelli GTI,  the super-sporty hatch will feature 18-inch “Serron” alloy wheels, standard bi-xenon headlights with dynamic cornering lights and dark tinted tail light clusters with LED technology.  While the Adidas effect is subtle on the outside with just a few small badges on the car’s pillars, the signature Adidas triple stripes on the seats are more visible in the interior.

Other standard features include the RCD 510 audio system, Media Device Interface (MDI) and standard Bluetooth Phone Connectivity.  The  155 kW turbo engine remains the same as the current GTI model.

This special edition Golf GTI adidas 5-door 6-speed DSG is available in Australia from $45,990.
