Cupra Formentor Reviews, Interior, Models, Colours & Specs in Australia

FROM $51,990

Cupra started life in 2018 as European automaker Seat’s high-performance arm.

Production for the Formentor began shortly thereafter in 2020, with the young Spanish automaker producing a limited run of 7,000 vehicles.

Back then the Formentor VZ sported a 2.5-litre 5-cylinder petrol engine that it has since traded in for a punchy 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine. It also offers a hybrid option called the eVZ, which Cupra says will deliver 58 km of pure-electric range.

Expect full electric in the near future!

The line-up currently starts at $51,990 for the Formentor V and ranges through to $94,990 for the range-topping Formentor Vz5.
