I HAVE owned my 1992 Ford Laser KE series II wagon for 15 years and have covered 125,000km. In that time I have had my brakes relined several times, but since the last reline there has been a loud squealing noise on light applications. What can I do to eliminate this squeal?
THE squealing is probably caused because the mechanic who did the last reline didn't use anti-squeal compound. You can find anti-squeal products at your local auto retailer and that should fix your problem.
