Asked by Joedy Murray
I'm thinking about a 2011 BMW X3. I currently drive a Mercedes-Benz C180 from 2002, which I have owned since 2006, and have been very happy with it apart from a design fault with the camshaft teeth wearing.

18 Jan 2016The X3 would be fine but you should also - perhaps surprisingly - consider a Volvo XC60 which I rate as slightly better than the BMW as a secondhand choice.
