Mustang GT delivery delayed?

I ordered a 2015 Mustang GT manual in October 2014. It was the first order at my local dealer, and they recently confirmed November 28th delivery. Today I was contacted by Ford to let me know the car was now going into production and should arrive in March 2016. I thought it was already shipped and I'm extremely disappointed. I contacted my dealer and they told me that about 10 of the first orders had been delayed until March. I suspect my dealer has stuffed my order up?

It could be because you ordered a manual. Contact Ford directly and ask for the reason the car has been delayed. At the same time ask them if there are other cars in the system or in stock that you might be able to get before March.
