Manifold problem

I TRY to do my own basic maintenance, but changing the spark plugs on my 1997 Mitsubishi Verada V6 is proving to be a problem. I'm told the exhaust manifold must be removed to replace the rear three spark plugs, but I was hoping there might be a double-jointed tool.
