Kia Carnival 2017: Error message on nav

The navigation in my 2017 Kia Carnival has an error message: "Application MTXH500YP.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down". What do I do?

Take the car to your Kia dealer and have it fixed. Your car is still under warranty so you shouldn't have to pay for any fixes that might be required.
