Jackaroo fuel consumption

Asked by John Sanchez

I'm thinking in getting a 1988 Holden Jackaroo 3.0-litre turbo-diesel manual and would like to know how much fuel it would use on the highway, and if it had any cylinder head issues?

On average and depending on conditions I would expect 9.0-11.0 L/100 km. There were no concerns about the cylinder heads on the Jackaroo.
