Asked by Ben Porter
I would like to purchase a fuel efficient (most important), small sedan - secondhand. My budget is around $10,000, and I'm hoping you could offer me three options that fit the bill, with the next most important aspect as reliability.
Answered by CarsGuide
18 Jan 2016Mazda2, from a classy brand and great against its size and price rivals; Hyundai i20, great value and probably still with some of the factory warranty; Volkswagen Polo, not necessarily to buy but to provide a quality benchmark for the others.
