About 18 months ago my 2004 VY Commodore began stalling without warning, whilst driving as well as stationary. Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it will turn over but won't fire. The crank angle sensor and DFI module have both been replaced. The dealer can't find anything wrong, but the computer is saying there's a problem with the crank sensor. Any advice would be appreciated.
There would still seem to be a problem with the crank angle sensor. The symptoms suggest it, and the diagnostics back it up. Having replaced the sensor without solving the problem you need to look at things like the connector and the wiring that leads to the sensor.
