I suspect my 2011 1.6-litre turbo Peugeot 308 auto might have a fault with the turbo. Before, when I turned the engine off after driving it the turbo would continue for a short time before running down and stopping, but it has stopped doing that. Now there is an electrical buzzing noise for the same period and then there is a click and it stops, and there is also a coolant escape from possible near or around the Turbo. Engine temp gauge indicates normal operating temperature at all time. Is there a fault with turbo not cycling down after turn off?

6 Feb 2015The turbo continues to rotate for a short time after the engine is turned off to cool down before it stops. If it's not doing that now it would appear you have a problem and I would have it checked before you do any more damage.
