Alfa Romeo's reborn Giulia range features three petrol engines and 10 diesel engine options, across a multitude of options for four- or rear-wheel drive layouts, as well as six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmissions. The top engine is the turbocharged 2.9-litre 503hp V6 in the Quadrifoglio, though a 2-litre turbo MultiAir four-cylinder is also available with either 197hp or 276hp depending on the model. The Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan is available exclusively in five-seat configuration.
Sports seats are now standard for the front, while the base Sport and mid-tier Veloce grades feature split-folding rear seats. The top-spec Quadrifoglio's rear seats do not fold.
Both rows however, provide plenty of room for adults with the exception of the middle seat in the second row, which can be limited in shoulder- and legroom.
ISOFIX mounting points are for car seats are also found on the two outboard seats in the second row.
