Our most recent review of the 2024 Toyota Tundra resulted in a score of 7.8 out of 10 for that particular example.
Carsguide Deputy News Editor John Law had this to say at the time: To answer the first question: yes, Toyota has done a bang-up job on the Tundra conversion, a few build quality and awkward switch kinks are very minor complaints.Â

According to Toyota, there will be nine colour options available, including with solid, crystal pearl, and metallic paint finishes.
The Tundra marks the Aussie debut of Toyota’s 'i-Force Max' engine, which pairs a 3.4-litre twin-turbo V6 with an electric motor and a 6.5Ah nickel metal hydride battery to produce a total of 326kW and 790Nm.
Much work has been done to make the right-hand drive Tundra feel like a factory delivery, rather than a conversion, and I reckon you'd need a microscope to be able to tell that this was Walkinshaw, rather than Toyota.
Standard specification highlights (or what we know so far, at least) for the single trim Tundra Limited are auto LED lights (including daytime running lights), 20-inch sports alloy wheels, heated, power folding exterior mirrors, heated and ventilated front seats with eight-way power adjustment, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.0-inch multimedia touchscreen and a 12-speaker JBL audio system.

Seating for five in the Toyota Tundra, and - unsurprisingly - there is space aplenty, especially in the back seat, where three adults can ride in comfort, even on longer trips.

We've flat-footed the Toyota Tundra to 100km/h, and estimate it takes around 10 seconds. Top speed is around 180km/h.
With a 122-litre fuel tank and claimed fuel use of around 12L/100km, a theoretical driving range of more than 1000km should be possible.
No boot, but a sizeable bed, with the Tundra serving up a 758kg total payload.
