Germany's Nurburgring is the most famous race track in the world, hosting all manner of insane racing cars from the peak of F1 cars to the latest road-going hypercars. And now a pickup truck.
When professional drifter Vaughn Gittin Junior went to Germany to drift the intense 20km course the Ford-backed driver didn't use his custom-built Mustang RTR drift car. No, he used an F-150 Raptor pickup truck.
While he had planned to use his purpose-built drift Mustang, unexpected rain put the stoppers on that. To avoid wasting the trip Gittin took the 335kW (450hp) commercial vehicle out for some good ol' fashioned sideways action.
