Rage Motorsport made an Australian debut at the Melbourne Motor Show with its high-performance R180T Rage Buggy.

This race-tuned on-and-off-road buggy can do the 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of more than 180km/h.

Computer designed and hand tailored to order in Bedfordshire, England, it is powered by a 998cc Honda Fireblade motorcycle engine, producing 134kW of power (180 horsepower, hence the name) and drives through a six-speed sequential gearbox.

The R180T is designed to be road-legal as well as off-road-worthy, and costs $78,409.

The Rage range starts with a V-twin, single-seat R20 at $31,160.
