It's got driver and passenger airbags, and side airbags the in rear, plus a sunroof, dual-zone climate control, Bluetooth and automatic headlights.
The seats have black leather and are comfortable, with adjustability and memory for the drivers seat. It has the best dual-zone climate control.
Very easy to drive. The diesel is economical, fast, responsive and reliable.
Compulsory third-party insurance is $670 per year. Comprehensive insurance is $580 every six months. Diesel economy is 4.8L/100km. I can get 1450km out of a tank.
Very good suspension and tyres. The engine is very quiet. You can go around Australia two times. It's very reliable.

Multimedia on model I ended up with is poor, with the voice recognition iffy, offering repetitive answers. Safety good but the car was recieved during pandemic and because of multimedia chip shortage, many items removed from the car we recieved.
Practicality is poor due to the uncomfortable seats. Awful groud clearance (4") causes several problems, including blown tyres and scrapping underneath car. Uncomfortable ride due to awfully hard suspension. Don't hit a pot hole or speed bump. Indicators make little noise when they are still on and do not always cancel. Seat adjustment manual. I paid for power seats but Mercedes removed them due to the automotive chip shortage. High load area in rear totally unsuitable for the disabled. Battery always says partially charged. Mercedes Me app is good but did not function for first 12 months I had car.
Driver is very, very low to ground, with their seat most uncomfortable. AMG Line but there's artificially leather-like plastic seats. Air flow through ugly Mercedes vents. Even though can give voice instructions, controls for heating air-con unit stuck under screen.
I disliked this car in two year years. Mileage was 4800 miles. Why so low? I disliked drivIing it, so running costs are not applicable. I intend after 2 years of ownership from new to get rid of this car and get a Kia Sportage HEV.
It ran okay but has only driven 4800 miles in two years. I found the Mercedes service department to not always be attentive.

Connectivity is easy and appropriate for the age of the car. Apple CarPlay works well, once the pixel gremlins were worked out. The sound system is adequate (no car is acoustically perfect) and the digital radio is excellent. Auto headlights and safety systems work very well and although I get annoyed by warning beeps, they have saved me some grief.
Although the rear seats can be restrictive with long-legged front passengers in place, the head space is good for 180cm+ people. The cargo area is adequate, and when the seats are down very good. The car can carry a double bass easily - an essential criteria for me.
Roadholding and traction are very good with little body roll and reasonable ride, considering the use of 19-inch run-flat tyres. Power is good. Not in a 'hot hatch' way, but more than adequate for most uses. Zero to 100km/h in around 7.0sec and great power in overtaking makes it a good all-around quickish and safe car.
Generally I have been pleased with the overall costs of the car. Any servicing from official Merc dealers is expensive and I have sourced an experienced Mercedes service mechanic at a local garage. He charges a reasonable rate for a first class service. Otherwise, little different from my friends with Korean or Japanese cars.
I have had no significant issuers with the car. In its first year, it had a number of small recalls for computer issues. There was an oil leak at the turbo, which needed a new O-ring and the driver's seat needed repair to the fabric at 60,000km.
