Fiat 500 2016

The 2016 Fiat 500 range of configurations is currently priced from $12,538. Our most recent review of the 2016 Fiat 500 resulted in a score of 7 out of 10 for that particular example.

Carsguide Contributing journalist Peter Anderson had this to say at the time: Cars don't come a lot more easygoing than the 500 and the 500C ups the relaxation factor even more. It's not a proper convertible, really, but what it loses in complete open-air feel it more than makes up for with a bit of extra liveability, a boot that takes, you know, some things, and two (very) occasional seats in the back.

This is what Peter Anderson liked most about this particular version of the Fiat 500: Fun in the sun, Looks cool, Easygoing

The 2016 Fiat 500 carries a braked towing capacity of up to 800 Kg, but check to ensure this applies to the configuration you're considering.

Check out real-world situations relating to the Fiat 500 2016 here, particularly what our experts have to say about them.

  • Best options for a fun convertible?

The easiest question on record. Get an MX-5 and you'll have all the sunshine and fun you want. The only problem will be choosing between the 1.6 and 2.0-litre engines. Most prefer the "big-bore" engine but I like the engagement you get with the smaller one.

  • Is the Mini Cooper the best small sporty car?

If she has fallen for the looks of the Mini it's probably game over. But you should still test drive the Fiat 500 for style and the Audi A1 as a driving alternative.
