By the late 1960s, the Impala was offered with a 5.4-litre (327ci) small block V8 engine driving the rear wheels through a two-speed ‘PowerGlide’ auto transmission.

The line-up currently starts at $7,920 for the Impala (base) and ranges through to $10,780 for the range-topping Impala (base).
