Subaru XV 2019 review: 2.0i-S
Subaru landed on a winning format when it turned a Impreza variant into a small SUV, but does this new version continue that hot streak?

The range-topping model in the Kia Seltos 2020 line-up is the GT Line, which is priced at $41,990 drive-away.
It is available only with the high-spec 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, with 130kW of power (at 6000rpm) and 265Nm of torque (from 1500-4500rpm). It comes standard with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and all-wheel drive.
Fuel use for this version is claimed at 7.6 litres per 100 kilometres, and towing capacity is claimed at 600 kilograms for an unbraked trailer and 1250kg for a braked trailer.
This is the version with all the fruit when it comes to standard equipment, including 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, LED front fog lights, LED tail-lights, LED daytime running lights, interior mood lighting that pulses with the speakers, an eight-speaker Bose stereo, a 10.25-inch touchscreen media system with sat nav, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth phone and audio streaming, wireless phone charging, a 7.0-inch driver info display, a colour head-up display, fake-leather seats, power adjustable front seats with heating and cooling, a heated steering wheel, auto wipers and auto headlights.
It also has smart key entry and push-button start, heated/folding side mirrors, LED interior lighting, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, a reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, six airbags, a camera-based low-speed auto emergency braking (AEB) with car and pedestrian detection, plus the higher-spec AEB with adaptive cruise control and cyclist detection, which will likely score it a five-star ANCAP rating (though it hasn’t been tested at the time of writing).
This model also gets lane keeping assist, driver attention warning, blind spot monitoring with merge intervention, rear cross-traffic alert with auto braking.
The GT Line is the only model that can be had with a no-cost two-tone paint finish, or a sunroof - but you can’t have both!
