Wheels rubbing in 04 Mazda 3

I have a 2004 Mazda 3 with 40,000 km on the clock, and lately I have been getting a rubbing noise from the front wheels. The front brake pads look brand new, and there are no marks on the discs. Can you help?

It could be a build-up of dust. Try cleaning them, blowing out any dust build-up.
