Tune in or turn off?

MY VX Commodore has done 110,000km and I'm wondering if it is worth having it tuned. I believe in preventive maintenance, but the plugs look fine and the car still uses about 10 litres over 100km on regular trips to Goulburn. And it runs and idles well. What do you think?

IT NEVER hurts to go over your car and check to see everything is in order. But if it's running well, I would be tempted to leave it.
