Towing problem

I HAVE trouble towing a Jayco Heritage caravan with my new Toyota Prado Grande. It appears it may be the air suspension not matching the Hayman Reese towing system. Toyota says I should read my manual. Jayco says it has not heard of the problem. Hayman Reese does not know, but says there may be a possibility its system doesn't work with air suspension. I have tried towing with no Hayman Reese, but it is still not right.

I CONTACTED Toyota and believe a technician will inspect your car. The theory is that it might be a sticking sliding joint in the driveline.
